Hospital Opening Hours
Our opening hours are 11am – 4pm. 7 days a week.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you come and do a talk at our school? This is not something we offer.
Can we come to see the hospital and have a tour? No. The animals in our care are wild, they are sick or injured, and we keep human contact to as absolute minimum to avoid stress to the animals.
Which items can we donate? Light coloured hand towels, Cat wet or dry food, Kitten wet or dry food, Dog wet or dry food, Puppy wet or dry food, Puppy pads.

We *do not need* beach towels, pillows, pillow cases, duvets, duvet covers, teddies, sheets, knitted items, bird cages, or pet toys.
One-Day Corporate Volunteering
This is not something we offer. Due to the amount of training involved, we need volunteers to commit to a minimum of one day per week, for 6 months.
We have a maintenance team, they already do building projects for us.
